Transformers Kingdom Wave 2 Official Reveals
IGN revealed the first Kingdom Wave 2 figures: Airazor, Dinobot and Ultra Magnus. Brian loves Dinobot and likes Ultra Magnus despite mixed fan reaction. The crew says Ultra Magnus needs more blue on the armor, and the arms hang off the back of the cab in truck mode. The trailer floor now holds cars, which explains the missing pylons. The robot is mistransformed in every official shot. Airazor was one host’s first Beast Wars toy, and is the general crew favorite. [Source: TFRadio]
The Rest of Transformers Kingdom Wave 2 Revealed
The fan site reveal, including RFC, showed Core Class Starscream and Megatron, Deluxe Ractonite and Huffer, and Voyager Inferno. One host loves Core Class Megatron and its goofy gun, though another finds it underwhelming. The crew likes the Fossilizers as dinosaur skeletons more than as robots. Huffer is a small deluxe whose gun and shield form a truck bed, and it scales well with the Earthrise Optimus Prime trailer. Inferno is a Grapple retool, which the crew welcomes. A leaked 4chan list, so far accurate, lays out the rest of Kingdom. Wave 3 includes Core Soundwave, Deluxe Scorponok, Voyager Rhinox, Leader Galvatron, a rumored Commander Rodimus Prime and the Ark. Wave 4 brings Waspinator, Tigatron and more. One host wishes Hasbro would just reveal whole lines in one big event. [Source: TFRadio]
New Transformers Found in Walmart’s Inventory System
Walmart’s system lists a RED redeco Megatron, possibly battle damaged or styled like Super7’s black ReAction Megatron, and a RED Beast Wars Optimus Primal. Netflix Battlefield Voyager Optimus Primal and Battlefield Voyager Seeker point to a third wave of Netflix Voyagers. The crew guesses the Seeker is a purple Earth-mode Hotlink, and one host wants Acid Storm. Retro-style Titans Return Highbrow, Weirdwolf and Skullcruncher also appear. [Source: Walmart]

Elf on a Shelf Warmer
Brian makes a final push for the annual Elf on a Shelf Warmer toy drive. He asks listeners to drop toys in a Toys for Tots box and share them with the hashtag. His tip is to give five good clearance gifts rather than one $50 gift, and to donate unopened toys and games.
What We Got This Week
Don got Earthrise Runabout in the mail and Super7 ReAction Alpha Trion for his card wall. He is still hunting Earthrise Thrust.
Matt got the Galactic Odyssey Ratchet and Lifeline set. Ratchet fits together better than Ironhide, and its whites match. Lifeline on the Arcee mold disappoints him, though he loves the colors. He also got Earthrise Runabout, which has far less paint than Runamuck.
Diecast got the Paradron Medic set and dislikes how Lifeline’s head snaps back to center. He also opened Gigawatt and loves the dates under the flux capacitor. From Big Bad Toy Store he got the XL ReAction Devastator.
Rob got Ratchet and Lifeline, but every leg-plate bracket on his Ratchet is chipped. Lifeline irritates him with its huge shell and mushroom-peg neck, so he will keep his Legends Arcee.
Chris got Earthrise Runabout, whose unpainted panels sit more flush than Runamuck’s. After a defective first copy, Toy Dojo sent him a working Selects G2 Megatron. It is his childhood Megatron, with a well-painted face, and he plans a Nonnef Productions adapter to mount the cannon on the shoulder.
John had no Transformers this week, though Earthrise Runabout should arrive soon.
Brian got Earthrise Runabout and the Paradron Medic set, both staying boxed until his office is set up. At Bargain Hunt he found Robots in Disguise bandages and a Universal Studios exclusive Dark of the Moon Deluxe Optimus Prime for $18. He also got Super Megatron, which he loves and never expected to exist.
