Pulse Con Ravage Set Revealed

Hasbro revealed a Pulse Con exclusive Ravage set, likely planned for SDCC. It pairs a heavily retooled War for Cybertron Deluxe Cheetor as Beast Wars Transmetal Ravage with the G1 Ravage cassette. The box recreates Ravage’s transformation scene from The Agenda. It costs $45 and ships November 1. Brian calls it the most beautiful set he has seen, and one host wants one loose and one boxed. The crew wonders if the mold is a pre-tool for a Transmetal Cheetor. Don praises The Agenda as top-tier Transformers fiction and the design team’s eye for homages. [Source: TFRadio]

Target Exclusive Worlds Collide Four-Pack at Walmart

A Target exclusive Worlds Collide four-pack showed up at Walmart by accident. It includes Nemesis Primal, a repainted Optimus Primal; Fangry, a Grotusk retool; a yellow Earthrise Cliffjumper-mold Bumblebee; and toy-colored Blackarachnia. The crew thinks Target asked for product and Hasbro filled it with figures that had no other home. Fangry’s Headmaster tech spec chest delights everyone. Several hosts would sell off the Bumblebee and Nemesis Primal, and one wishes the Bumblebee used the Cliffjumper head. The set lists at $85. [Source: TFRadio]

Hasbro Pulse Teases a Transformers Victory HasLab

Hasbro Pulse teased the next Transformers HasLab, drawn from Transformers Victory. Most of the crew expects Star Saber, ideally with Victory Leo to justify the price. One host lobbies for Dinoking, and others pitch Deathsaurus or a Zone project. Several hosts doubt Victory will draw enough US backers, and the chat jokes it could follow Cookie Monster. One host notes Star Saber keeps topping fan polls. The crew expects a reveal soon, possibly at Pulse Con. [Source: Diecast on Twitter]

Shattered Glass Jetfire Revealed

Commander Class Shattered Glass Jetfire arrived at $92 in a windowed box, with black and purple colors and neon green G2-style armor. One host has preordered it and may keep it boxed. Don hopes the tie-in comic explains Jetfire’s doubts about the Decepticons. Another has little interest in Shattered Glass fiction, calling it a great one-off convention idea. What We Got This Week

Rob had only a non-Transformers pickup this week.

Don had nothing this week. His preorders have not arrived yet.

Diecast picked up Kingdom Tracks through Best Buy ship-to-store, the last figure he was missing.

Matt got an eHobby two-pack of Skids and a partner at a much better price than his Sunstorm. It was opened but complete, with stickers unapplied, scooters included and instructions still sealed. He likes the odd green and may hunt for Crosscut to match.

Brian got Kingdom Scorponok, which he finds loose and not a favorite. Kingdom Tracks has a good likeness but is floppy. He also found a red Coronation Starscream he had never seen. A $4 set of 3D-printed gap fillers for Kingdom Galvatron’s shoulders has excellent color matching. Kingdom Core Class Soundwave has a killer likeness despite loose joints. His favorite is a pre-Transformers Takara Gunborg, a gray-and-red predecessor of Shockwave with eight sounds, though the electronics are fading.
