Transformers Tuesday: First Look at Core Class Iguanus and Skywarp

Transformers Tuesday showed Core Class Skywarp on the Starscream seeker mold and Core Class Iguanus. Skywarp swaps his arm cannons for a tuning-fork piece that combines with weapons from other Core Class figures. Hot Rod’s package art appears to show the combined weapon as a sword. The crew agrees the trade gives fans a reason to buy all three, and most plan to anyway. Iguanus is the big winner. His robot mode is based on his Pretender shell, and he transforms into a motorcycle. One host wants a Waverider redeco, and fans shared Iguanus digibashes in Discord. [Source: TFRadio]

Deck-Building Game Bonus Packs Returned for Postage

Renegade Games emailed backers that the Transformers deck-building game bonus card packs came back for insufficient postage. The company had earlier shipped whole cases to some people by mistake. Studio Series Core Class Spotted in Puerto Rico and Hawaii

Studio Series Core Class has its first US sightings, at Walmarts in Puerto Rico and then Hawaii. Chris finds it funny that the first sightings came from the two farthest-flung corners of the US. The first wave includes Ravage, with Exosuit Spike expected in wave two. [Source: not found]

John DeLuna Steps Back

Brian confirms that John DeLuna is no longer on the regular show. John will still appear on livestreams and specials, but his executive job and two young kids leave no time for weekly shows.

What We Got This Week

Don got Fans Hobby Ace Hitter, completing his Headmaster Juniors. He also got the first two Moon Studios Trainbots, including Dark Knight, in boxes bigger than a Leader Class box. Don lost faith in the official Trainbots over clear plastic and quality control, and the Moon Studios figures cost less. He warns collectors to check whether flat-rate shipping can go to a PO box.

Matt had nothing in Transformers this week.

Chris had nothing in Transformers this week.

Diecast got Shattered Glass Starscream on the Siege seeker mold, which arrived the Thursday before the show.
