TFWiki Spotlight: Energon
Chris McFeely spotlights TFWiki’s Energon (fuel) article, which he rebuilt over two weeks by merging the magic Energon of the Energon cartoon with standard G1 Energon. Recent fiction like the movies, the club comics and Exodus had blurred the line between them. The article now acts as a hub, with links to every type of Energon, from Energon cubes and goodies to the Energon tomato. A toy section lists every figure packed with Energon chips, matrixes and weapons.

Have G2 Toys Held Up?
The crew agrees Laser Optimus Prime was the best Optimus Prime toy for years, but G2 Megatron has not aged well. Rob argues the Cyber Jets do not hold up, which upsets Breaker in the chat room, and points to the sturdier Machine Wars jets built from unused G2 molds. Exvee loves the European Rotor Force and Turbo Masters toys, and John praises Thunderclash as a pure toy.
Most of the crew feels the bright G2 colors keep the toys stuck in the 1990s, while G1 still looks like the 1980s. Laser Prime and the Go-Bots molds still hold up well. They credit G2 as the turning point toward ball joints and Beast Wars. Exvee also notes the upcoming Legends Starscream looks more like Swoop.
Twitter Theater
Rob follows up on last week’s Little Superstar clip, which turns out to be from a feature-length Indian ghost story about a little girl, a possessed car and a robot. His summary of the plot leaves the crew baffled.
