Hasbro’s Kre-O website is offering Kre-On wallpapers for PC and mobile. One host wishes Hasbro would sell the Kre-On minifigures blind-packed on their own, like Lego’s minifigures. The crew notes that one Prowl head mold could become five figures, and Starscream could yield eight. [Source: Hasbro]

TFC Hercules and Other Third-Party News

TFC showed its Hercules Constructicon combiner in full combined form. Brian calls it the only third-party combiner that really gets it, and he wants it in every color scheme. Rob is skeptical, since many figures look better in gray than in color. Another host worries about thin plastic on parts like Scrapper’s arm at $100 per figure, $600 for the set. This Week in Transformers History

JD marks September 15, 1986, the U.S. premiere of the G1 episode The Killing Jar, calling it one of the best and trippiest episodes. Another host says Carnage in C-Minor is still trippier.

What’s Your Favorite Transformer?

Listener picks include G1 Optimus Prime, Powerglide for his cocky attitude and Beast Wars Megatron from Steven C. Phillips. Others chose G1 Grimlock, Armada Hot Shot, Galaxy Shuttle and Ultra Magnus. Listener Salem Blood from San Antonio picked Soundwave by voicemail, and Devcon picked Cliffjumper. JD picks G1 Wheeljack, the inventor. Rob seconds G1 Grimlock in both comic and cartoon form. Brian thinks Transformers Prime’s Soundwave may have more personality than the original. He describes Soundwave as the employee waiting 30 years for a promotion.

DeathAdder Mouse Contest Winners

The winners of the Razer Dark of the Moon DeathAdder gaming mice are David, who wrote “Optimus Prime, he’s the original,” and Stephen, who picked Soundwave as a troop transport and communications officer.
